Currently Burswood care has 31 beds for residence with a mental health illness. Due to high demand we have proposed 3 storey building to accommodate 80 beds including luxury facilities and residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible and take an active role in identifying and planning their own care needs.
The initial design was prepared and had several meetings with the Local Council and difficult journey through the planning process to get approval due to Zoning issue.
